LABARD – Lahore Businessmen Association for Rehabilitation of the Disabled is a non–profit, independent and non – governmental organization patronized by the Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI) and having the LCCI President as its Chief Patron. Our main purpose is to rehabilitate the disabled persons and help them lead an independent life.

We have established two vocational Training Centers at New Muslim Town and Tulbagh in Lahore, with the capacity to train almost 450 people at a time. We offer 14 trades in which disabled persons can be trained (For details of trades, visit our website After the successful completion of training, our placement officers also arrange the employment for the disabled through contacting various industrial and commercial sectors.

MOU Inked between LABARD and University of South Asia
LABARD and the University of South Asia join hands for supporting and empowering Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) through Education.
Meeting took place at University’s CANTT. campus, where the vice-chancellor, Mr. Imran Masood, graced the occasion and pledged the university`s aim to be a facilitator for this cause.
Mr. Abdul Wajid and Mr. Masood aimed for joint projects for rehabilitation of PWDs.
