LABARD – Lahore Businessmen Association for Rehabilitation of the Disabled is a non–profit, independent and non – governmental organization patronized by the Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI) and having the LCCI President as its Chief Patron. Our main purpose is to rehabilitate the disabled persons and help them lead an independent life.

We have established two vocational Training Centers at New Muslim Town and Tulbagh in Lahore, with the capacity to train almost 450 people at a time. We offer 14 trades in which disabled persons can be trained (For details of trades, visit our website After the successful completion of training, our placement officers also arrange the employment for the disabled through contacting various industrial and commercial sectors.

Our Location

Career Counseling

Our Psychologies provides free-of-cost career counseling to each and every disabled person being trained at LABARD. The person entering LABARD is properly interviewed by the psychologies and sent to a discipline for training keeping in mind their interests, strengths and areas of expertise. If required, the psychologists also do the counseling during the tenure of student training in order to cure the problem being faced.
